Shipping Policy
Every Glass Balloon order is prepared by hand in our independent studio in San Francisco, with quiet attention to detail. Each piece is carefully wrapped before dispatch.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as each order is packed with care.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery time begins after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Glass Balloon is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at glassballoonstudio@gmail.com. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
Glass Balloon is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package appears to be missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

International Shipping
At this time, international shipping is not available.
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
