Shipping & Delivery
Each Glass Balloon piece is packed by hand, with care and intention.
We partner with FedEx and UPS to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. Once your piece is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey home.

Made to Order
Some of our pieces are made just for you. For made-to-order items, please allow 4–6 weeks for creation before shipping. During especially busy periods or for more intricate designs, this timing may be slightly extended. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Returns
We hope you love your piece, but if something’s not quite right, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email glassballoonstudio@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We aim to process returns within 3–5 business days of receiving your item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at glassballoonstudio@gmail.com.
